Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
As you are aware, we represent the City of Coppell and the Texas Municipal League
on the above captioned matter.
During our meeting, you indicated that the Fema Maps had undergone a series of
changes which may have impacted the floodway/flood plane designation of the
involved property allegedly owned by lohnny Thompson. Please advise if this issue
has been resolved. In addition, please advise concerning the current status of Mr.
Thompson's ability to add "ffil" to raise the elevation of this land.
I would also like to contact Fema in an effort to resolve this issue. Please provide a
legal description of the involved property. Hopefully, this will assist me in securing
the desired information from Fema.
