COMMENT STATUS:
1. Label the existing 10' water line easement with the volume and page number adjacent
to Denton Tap Road.

· 3. An easement is needed for the driveway radii off of Town Center Blvd. behind the
proposed retail building.
4. Note: g8 needs to be removed from the site plan. All concrete paving shall conform
to the City of CoppeH Subdivision Ordinance.

5. Proposed meters on the south side need to be located outside the limits of the. future
widening of Sandy Lake Road. Either locate the meter just innide the right-of-way or
in an easement.

provided does not match the drainage area map shown in the Spine Road plans.
