Preliminary Plat
Label the existing 10' water line easement with the volume and page number adjacent
to Denton Tap Road.
This an informational comments and should have no bearing on the approval of the plat.
2. Impact fees required.
Site Plan
1. Show brick pavers on all approaches off of Sandy Lakel Rd. and Denton Tap Rd.
2. An easement is needed for the driveway radii off of ToWn Center Blvd. behind the
proposed retail building.
3. Note://8 needs to be removed from the site plan. All concrete paving shall conform
to the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance.
Preliminary Water & Sanitary Sewer & Storm Sewer Plans:
1. The site layout needs to match what is shown on the site plan.
