Dear Mr. t4orri son:
In a letter to your office dated May 4, 1983, we stated that the
city was aware of a Letter of Map A, mndnmnt that had been filed
-by Mr. Johnny Thompson. While this is a t~e statenmnt, we made
an error in the property description.l The correct location that is
to be brought out of the flood plain is portions of Lots 6A and
6B in Abstract 1152 ( a total of 25 acres ). This property is
directly south of Sandy Lake Road, east of the TP & L powerline
ease~mnt and west of the Car~llton dam at the Elm Fork of the
Trinity River.
We apologize for the error and hope that it has not caused any
inconvenience. Should you need any additional information, please
let us know.
