Dear Mr. Thompson:
I have recently received a letter stating your intention concerning the
fill currently on the 10 acre site on Belt Line Road along Elm Fork. That
letter was requested during our March 19, 1992 meeting between you, Walter
Pettijohn, Michael Daum and myself. That letter indicates that, weather
permitting, the fill will be removed in June 1992 and that an as-built
drawing of the site topography will be supplied to the City at that time.
This letter supersedes the March 16, 1992 letter I wrote which indicated
that no permits would be issued until the fill had been removed. Based on
our meeting, permits can be issued' on the site. However, no certificate
of occupancy will be issued until the fill has been removed and the
as-built drawing has been provided.
Please be advised that irregardless of Weather conditions, no certificates
of-occupancies will be issued on this site until the fill has been removed
and this site has been returned .to the original topography condition prior
to any filling.
