On behalf of the City of Coppell Engineering and Public Works Departments, we attended
the DRC Meeting scheduled for 2:30 p.m., November 26, 1991. The following items were
discussed:
1. Chautauqua Place Addition Final Plat & Plans: General review comments were given
to Mike Daniels of Nathan-Maier Consulting Engineer, Inc. We had not received the
final plat and construction plans until the morning of the DRC Meeting. Therefore,
a/Retailed review along with written comments were note provided. We expect to
rovide written comments by Tuesday, December 3.
2~/ Longbranch Saloon - Preliminary Plat: General review comments were given to
Cummings & Pewitt, Inc., Cunningham Architects and R.J. David, R.P.L.S. We did not
receive the preliminary plat until the morning of the DRC Meeting. We expect to
provide a detailed review with written comments by Tuesday, December 3.
