We appreciated the time you took out of your schedule last week to
meet with my brother Michael and I regarding the above noted pro-
ject. As we discussed at that time, Michael w~s going to put

together a request for information relating to the infrastructure
at the site while I would do the same for the traffic related
aspects of the site.
We have reviewed the City's zoning ordinance (number 91500) with
reference to the attached preliminary site plan. We would request
your assistance in providing us with the following information to
assist in providing a site plan that fully responds to the City's
requirements.
1. We would request a copy of the City's fire lane require-
ments.
2. What are the City's parking requirements with regard to
athletic facilities such as softball fields, horse shoe
pits, basketball courts, and volleyball courts?
In completing a traffic impact analysis (TIA) for this site
what intersections/locations along Belt Line Road should be
~~. ~ ~ncluded.in the analysis?.
re there any TIA fees assigned to the developer based on

~ ~ Please provide any other traffic related information that your staff believes to be pertinent to this site.
