F) New Residence
Numerous items currently need correcting, however, Mr. Thompson is in She process of re-
construction of this house and the items are a result of incompleteness of construction. Our
department needs to be ~iven the opportunity to make proper inspections. There was nothing
seen that could not be moaified to comply once finished. Slab, plumbing and electrical have
not been inspected and I could not certify to their correctness. Disconnect needs to be provided
to under ground service to house panel box.
G) Dad's Trailer
Exterior inspection revealed sexvice wiring not in compliance with necessary life safety
requirpments. It is an understanding that this structure wfll be removed for the father to
occupy (H), daughter's house, once she moves out.
(H) Dau~.ter's House/Storale/Carpon
This structure will be used for Mr. Thompson's father once the daughter moves. An exterior
inspe~on reveals that some exterior wiring needs protection. There is an awning or carport
cover located immediately west of the house on the ground that is not in place as a structure
and was considered building debris and not pan of survey.
(5) Guard House
There is a truck with camper plugged into the electrical service at the Vehicle Repair Garage
(A) for a night guard. This poses a sanitation/health problem_- Track needs to be removed.
Mobil Home
At the far east end of the site there is a damaged mobile home that is a dangerous building and
needs to be r~moved.
L) Concrete Batch Plant
It was our understsnrllng that this structure was not to be pan of the survey and no inspection
was made.
M) Metal B,ilalngs '
These b-Brllngs were also not to be a pan of this survey. No inspection was made on these
sl~'uctures.
Although this surgey is not a detailed accounting of all problems, the purpose was W identify
rn~jor areas of concern with regard to life safely issues.
