Dear Mr. Casterl:
On behalf of our client, The City of Coppell, we arc sending this letter to inform your company of the
improvements to be made to Coppell Road between Sandy Lake Road and U.S. HWY. 121. The
conceptual phase of this project is underway to widen and concrete pave the existing roadway. The
road will be widened to 41 feet (B-B) with a 7-inch pavement thickness.
We understand that your company may or may not utilities in this area. Please review the
enclosed drawing for the location of these improvements. If your companies utilities exist in this area,
please indicated the approximate location and depth on this drawing and return to our offme.
