I have some questions reguarding the property at 1850 East Beltline Rd. that was annexed
by the City in 1986 under the home rule carter.
1. Is it any of the City's responcebility to pervide water and sewer ? And What is the
City's reponcebility in putting in the water and sewer to the property?
2. What is the proper way to go about getting the City to put in water and sewer to this
property?
I need some veritification of what the City's obligations are when the city aunexes a piece
of property under the Home Rule Law.
1.I need the City to veritify the services they have to provide for us since we were
annexed into the city.
2.I need a copy of the service plan for this area at the time it was annex.
3. I need the city to provide me with information that will show me w:here Coppell or
the community has benifited by my property being in the city other than taxes.
4.I need the city to provid~ me with information showing me, where
I have benefited in anyway from being in the City of Coppell.
5. If the City of Coppell does not frill it has any responcebility in putting in the
water or sewer. I need to see the reason in writing.
