Dear Property Owner:
On February 15, 1979, a public hearing will be held before the City of
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on a proposed zoning change.
This zoning change is requested by Morris Ethridge for a zoning change
from "SF-12", more specifically stated as Single Family Dwelling, to
"]-1" Ltght Industrial, and being a tract of land sttuated in the ~ ~,,-.._~.~
F~,,y ~ui,vey, ~bstract No. ~-6~-~'~tty of Coppe11, Dallas County, Texas
and being more particularly described as a tract of land containing
~.~'~J--~acres of land located North of East Beltline Road and adjacent to The
St. Louis/Southwestern Railroad.
In accordance with the City~,.of Coppell zoning regulattons,-it is the
responsibility of the City to notify all property owners within two
hundred feet of the proposed zoning change. Since your property falls
within the two hundred feet, this letter is to notify you of this public
hearing for the zoning change mentioned above.
The.hearing will be held on Thursday, February 15, 1979 at 7:30 p.m.,
in the Coppell High School Library. If any further information is needed,
please contact City Hall.
