THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS
The City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, will hold a Public
Hearing at 7:30 p.m., on the 13th day of March, 1979, in the Coppell
High School Cafeteria on the request of Morris Ethridge for a change
of zoning on the following described property:
Being a tract of land situated in the SINGLETON-
THOMPSON SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 1493, City of Coppell,
Dallas County, Texas, and being more particularly
described as a tract of land containing 8.293 acres
of land located North of East Beltline Road and
adjacent to the St. Louis/Southwestern Railroad.
The applicant is seeking a zoning change on the above described tract
from "SF-12", more specifically stated as Single Family Dwelling, to

BEGINNING at a steel rod in the North line of said 16.48 acre tract, 612.3
feet South 80 degrees 38 minutes West of the Northeast corner of the S.
Thompson tract;
THENCE South 8 degrees 44 minutes East along a fence line 627.8 feet to a
steel rod in the Northerly Right-of-Way line of the St. Louis and South-
western l?ailroad (Cotton Eclt~ 50 feet from and at ~:ight angles to the
center of the main tract;
THENCE South 85 degrees 50 minutes East with fence line 50 feet from the
