Dear Sirs,
As this project nears completion, a few issues remain to be coordinated by the Owner, the Architect, end
the Corm'actor: Currently, today's Final innpeution of the complex; and, tonight's City agendn at the
complex seem to be of primary concern.
Hisaw shall have the facility available for tonight's activities with the following restrictions:
1 .) Hisaw will lo~k the doors to the mechanical and electrical areas, to dissuade sightseers.
2.) All other areas Hisaw wishes to restrict fxom foot traffic shall be cordoned by the yellow traffic tape
system, and/or by locking the enH3z door.
3.) The City shall have access to all pools and related areas. It shall be the sole responsibility of the City to
provide SUPERVISED environments.
4.) The Project, at this stage, may be deficient in a few areas--some life-threatening. As outlined with the
City inspector, Hisaw shall specifically restrict those areas (fxom civilian use) while completing the work.
