The owners of the 7.31 acres that make up the Trinity Shores Subdivision in
Coppell, Texas understand and acknowledge that filling and grading to the above
mentioned property prior to platting approval by the City of Coppell, they do so at their
own risk. The owners shall also hold the City of Coppell harmless should any changes be
required during the plat approval of the above mentioned property that would require the
owners to remove and/or replace any improvements installed prior to plat approval will
be at the sole cost of the owners.
We acknowledge that the permit is limited to bringing in dirt and compacting in
the areas specified on the approved plans. We further acknowledge that this permit does
not obviate the zoning and platting process in any way.
