Before the City will consider a sanitary sewer lift station for this development, a meeting must be held to discuss the proposal. At this time the proposed lift station is not acceptable. Show the minimum finish floor elevation for each lot as per the City's Floodplain Ordinance. 2. Label the width of all proposed easements. 3. Show the volume and page of the right of way dedication along Sandy Lake Road. 4. The Coppell City Limit line needs to be shown along the east side of the development. 5. Provide a note on the plat that no improvements (fences, decks, structures, etc.) will be allowed in the 100-year floodplain. 6. Note//4 needs to be removed from the plat. 7. Show the 100 year floodplain as per the current FEMA map dated April 15, 1994. 8. A 15' drainage easement needs to be provided along lots 8 & 9.
