Dear Ms. Bowman:
We have reviewed staff's comments regarding the above referenced preliminary plat and see no
problems except for the following:
1. It has been suggested that we use a runoff coefr~ient of 0.65. The reason for
this is due to staff's understanding that this is consistent with City of Dallas'
criteria. Please be advised that we have confirmed that Dallas continues to
observe a coefficient of 0.45 for single family residential.
Aside from this issue, we concur with all comments. If you have any questions or comments
regarding the above, please let me know.
