Comments: As requested, here are the as-builts for the Summit at the Springs
subdivision in Coppell. Phase I and Phase II were designed in the same set of
construction plans. There were also hand-drafted, so we do not have any
AutoCAD files on them. The plats were amended to split the project into two
phases. These "amended" plats are included with the construction plans. Please
let me know if you have any questions and/or need anything else.
