BOX 478 (~~~ COPPELL, TEXAS 75019 Mr. Mike Wagner Branch Properties 1601 Elm St.,//1700 Dallas, TX 75201 RE: Summit at the Springs Dear Mike: May 7, 1999 Post-it* Fax Note 7071 The City of Coppell has recently completed the two year inspection of paving, drainage, water and sanitary sewer facilities in the above referenced project. Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to our final acceptance of these facilities. 1. Rout and seal random cracks. 2. Remove silt fencing and metal posts west of 254 Edmonson, from drop inlet on the east side of project and from curb inlets where it is not needed. 3. Clean building debris from inlets. 4. Remove rock, concrete and other debris behind 733 Lexington at S/D outfall. 5. Eliminate ponding in alley behind 745 Armstrong. 6. Repair broken sidewalk opposite 716 Lexington. 7. Reseal header at 255 Stanton and at the entrance. 8. Repair broken concrete at manhole in front of 721 Armstrong, at entrance and exit to the project and at header in front of 733 Armstrong.
