The Planning and Zoning Commission approved aa Amending Plat on July 16, 1998 which corrected various bearings and dimensions on selected lots. TRANSPORTATION: Bethel Road is a 2-lane undivided asphalt road with drainage ditches in a 50'-wide right-of-way, proposed to be a C4D collector street with curb and gutter inside a 90'-wide right-of-way from Denton Tap Road to Grapevine Creek. DISCUSSION: The purpose of this replat is to record the new floodplain limit on Lots 36 and 37, Block B of Phase I of the Summit at the Springs subdivision and Lots 31, 34, 41, 42, and 43, Block B of Phase II. RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: The planning staff recommends approval of the replat. ALTERNATIVES: 1) Recommend approval of the request 2) Recommend disapproval of the request 3) Recommend modification of the request 4) Take under advisement for reconsideration at a later date.
