Results
On June 2, 1998, reinforcing steel was inspected at the following locations:
Panel #'s: 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25 & 26
The following discrepancies were noted and called to the attention of Paul Johnson, a representative of Royal
General Contractors and Joe Rodriguez of TriCity:
1. Diagonal, horizontal & vertical #5's around scuppers, doors & openings missing.
2. Perimeter #5's missing at some locations.
The above discrepancies were being corrected when technician left site. Final check will be made prior to
concreting.
