TRANSPORTATION: Bethel Road is a 2-lane undivided asphalt road with side ditches in a 50'-wide right-of-way, proposed to be a C2U collector street with curb and gutter inside a 50'-wide fight-of-way from South Coppell Road to Grapevine Creek. DISCUSSION: The purpose of this amending plat is to correct the dimension shown on the east line of Lot 26, Block B from 188.03 to 187.99' This amending plat once approved and recorded is controlling over the preceding plat. RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: The planning staff recommends approval of the amending plat subject to submittal of a Final Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) to the Engineering Department.
