HISTORY: The final pla! was approved by the Plsnning and Zoning
Commission on December 19, 1996 and the plat was filed with
Dallas County on February 4, 1997.
TRANSPORTATION: Bethel Road is a 2-lane undivided asphalt road with side ditches in
a 50'-wide right-of-way, proposed to be a C2U collector street
with curb and gutter inside a 50'-wide fight-of-way from South
Coppell Road to Grapevine Creek.

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: The Comprehensive Plan shows the property as suitable for
medium density residential uses.
DISCUSSION: The purpose of this amending plat is to correct the dimension shown on the
east line of Lot 26, Block B from 188.03 to 187.99' This amending plat
once approved and recorded is controlling over the preceding plat.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
The planning staff recommends approval of the amending plat subject to submittal of a Final
Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) to the Engineering Department.
ALTERNATIVES: 1) Recommend approval of the request
2) Recomruend disapproval of the request
3) Recommend modification of the request
4) Take under advisement for reconsideration at a later date.
