by a Registered Professional Land Surveyor

Compensation shall be adjusted as follows:

Schedule shall be adjusted as follows:
Sealed and signed survey map and description will be provided to the City ten (10) business days after authorization,
weather permitting.
Aft provisions, terms, and conditions of the agreement for services which are not expressly amended by this
executed authorization remain in full force and effect. Changes in compensation provisions will be incorporated
in Invoices for services
