Revised Development Fee Calculations
Dear Mr. Yancey:
Enclosed is a copy of the Public Works Department revised Development Fee Calculations for
Valley Ranch Baptist Church. As shown on the attached sheet, the water meter fee was
incorrectly calculated as a 6' meter instead of an 8" meter. The revision increased the water
meter fee from $1,594.27 to $2,464.20.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $869.93 for the
difference and forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a copy of
the Revised Development Fee calculations.
