Project Description: Coppell Road Paving, Drainage, and Water Line Improvements
Description of Services Added/Deleted:
One additional location map and seven additional plan and profile sheets for the construction of a
new 12' water line from Sandy Lake Road north to the 90 degree bend. The new water line will
intersect with the previously proposed 12" water line running east-west from the 90 degree bend to SH 121.
Dellverables:
The sheets will be added to the previously prepared set of water line improvement plans.
Compensation shall be adjusted as follows:
Original Contract $150,6SO(Basic Services)

Revised Total Contract $159,150 (Basic Services)
Schedule shall be adjusted as follows:
Plans will be completed for the entire project, including the new 12' water line, by February 5, 1999.
All provisions, terms, and conditions of the agreement for services which are not expressly amended by this
