Dear Mr. Riley:
This is in reference to our telephone conversation on January 27, 1994 concerning
the existing 2" water line and meter and service relocation cost. The existing 2"
water line will need to be removed once the proposed 12" water line is constructed.
The existing 2" water line should be reconnected to the proposed 12" water line at
the east side of the property line. Permission from Mr. Robinson will need to be
obtained before beginning work on the 2" water line. Removal and reconnection of
the 2" water line and relocation of the double check and water meter will be at the
expense of the proposed development project owner.
