RE: Construction Review Comments for Valley Ranch Baptist Church
Dear Mr. Roberts:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
Provide a title sheet in the next set of review plans.
2. Install reflective (blue) fire hydrant spotters on Belt Line Road at proposed fire
hydrant locations.
3. Locate services with meter and backflow preventers outside paving and
sidewalks and install in easement or right-of-way.
4. Show concrete collar on Line A-1 21" Class III RCP Drainage Profile.
5. Remove existing 2" water line once new 12" water line is constructed.
Reconnect existing 2" water line to new 12" water line at east side of property
line. Get permission from Mr. Robinson to do work.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these
comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the

RE: Landscape Review Comments for Valley Ranch Baptist Church
Dear Mr. Roberts:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
]. Submit 2nd review on 24" x 36" media.
Install brick pavers and brick handicapped ramps at driveway opening as per
City Streetscape Plans.
All parking lots and vehicular use areas shall be screened from all abutting
properties and/or public rights-of-way with a wall, fence, hedge, berm, or other
durable landscape barrier as per Section 34-1-8(B) of the Coppell Zoning
Ordinance.
Construct additional island at location shown On page L1.01 of the Landscape
Master Plan.
Construct parking islands at a minimum dimension of 10' x 20'.
6. Wheel stops required per Section 34-1-8(A)1 of the Coppell Zoning Ordinance.
7. Construct 5' wide sidewalk instead of 4' wide as per City Streetscape Plan.
Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be
