Install brick pavers and brick handicapped ramps at driveway opening as per City Streetscape Plans. All parking lots and vehicular use areas shall be screened from all abutting properties and/or public rights-of-way with a wall, fence, hedge, berm, or other durable landscape barrier as per Section 34-1-8(B) of the Coppell Zoning Ordinance. 3. Construct additional island at location shown on page L1.01 of the Landscape Master Plan. 4. Construct parking islands at a m~nimum dimension of 10' x 20'. 5. Wheel stops required per Section 34-1-8(^)1 of the Coppell Zoning Ordinance. 6. Construct 5' wide sidewalk instead of 4' wide as per City Streetscape Plan. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
