to the City of Coppell Comments
on Town Center West, Lot 1, Block "A"
1. Volume and page will be added before obtaining the plat signatures.
2. R.O.W. dimension has been labeled along Denton Tap.
3. Note on cement stabilization has been deleted.
4. The pavement is designed to have a straight 2.00% crossfall from the south curbline to
the north curbline.
5. No records on the "As-built:' for the HGL on the Denton Tap storm sew, er has been
found.
6. "C" Factor for the commercial / retail site and the school site have been corrected.
7. Grade on the proposed 6" sanitary sewer has been added.
8. City Fire Marshall has reviewed the fire hydrants lay out. previously and approved it.
