1. The minimum driveway spacing for a 30 mph street is 90'.
2. On the site plan, show the ROW and proposed road along the north side of this property.
Also show existing driveways.
3. The sidewalk along the northern edge of the property will be constructed with the road.
4. A 5' sidewalk will need to be constructed along Denton Tap. Show the sidewalk on the
Site Plan and Landscape Plan.
5. Show the sidewalk and utility easement along Denton Tap.
