Final Walk-Thru for Streets, Utilities and Drainage
The following comments were noted during our watk-thru for the Wrangler Drive project on
August 5, 1999 with the Contractor, Tiseo Paving, and should be addressed by the
Contractor prior to final acceptance by the City:
1. Sweep, wash-down and flush gutters for entire length of project.
2. Provide a copy of the concrete core breaks for the questionable pavement area on the
north side, near Belt Line Road (Sta. 35+50 to 49+50), to the City & Engineer.
3. Mow parkway in areas where weeds are high:
a. Undeveloped area on north side of roadway between Belt Line Road and
Executive Drive;
b. Undeveloped area on south side of roadway between Coppell Middle School
and Freeport Parkway.
4. Adjust to grade and/or replace the pull box on the south side of the roadway at
Freeport Parkway.
5. Clean-out and replace joint sealant in areas noted by the City.
6. Replace all SDMH lids with correct "STORM DRAIN" cover rather than "SANITARY
SEWER" cover.
7. Seal sidewalk at redwood expansion joints.
8. Repair damage to school driveway (Sta. 12+38.87) where second cut for water line
relocation was made fn the wrong location.

9. Rout and seal all cracks in pavement. Specific areas noted were:
a. South side of street, just west of school driveway at Sta. 12+38.87;
b. North side of street, just east of school driveway at Sta. 12+38.87;
c. Northwest corner of Enterprise Drive curb return;
d. South side of street between Crestside Drive and Lakeshore Drive;
e. South side of street at curb return of driveway at Sta. 40+31.52.
10. Replace missing and/or broken buttons on Enterprise Drive.
11. Correct ponding in gutter. Specific areas noted were:
a. North side, west of Enterprise Drive;
b. Northeast corner of curb return for driveway on north side at Sta. 33+88.27.
12. Clean-up trash and regrade parkway along undeveloped area on the north side of
roadway between Executive Drive and Belt Line Road.
13. Rout and seal pavement cracking at Freeport ParlG~,ay, just west of concrete pavers.
Provide City with a letter related to cracking.
14. Remove wooden forms from SDMH at Sta. 9+78.49.
15, Replace the advance lane-use control sign for west-bound traffic approaching
Freeport Parkway.
16. Replace and move back (+ 30 feet) the directional arrow and the word "ONLY" for the
left-turn lane at Freeport Parkway.
17. The inlet at the northwest corner of Belt Line Road & Wrangler Drive is recessed too
much. The City will make a decision on corrective action required.
18. Provide as-built information on 12-inch water line relocation to City and Engineer for
record drawings.
19. Provide spot-check verification of pavement grades to City & Engineer for record
drawings.
20. Contractor to provide affidavit for bills paid to the City.

21. Final quantities need to be verified by Contractor, City and Engineer prior to submittal
of next pay estimate.
22. Contractor to provide the City with information/documentation regarding problems
caused by utility conflicts.
23. All comments from Street Division related to drainage (separate list of items).
24. All comments from Street Division related to paving, pavement markings, street
signage, traffic signals, etc. (separate list of items).
25. All comments from Utility Division related to water and sanitary sewer (separate list
of items).
