Limited Partnership. The official contact name is Jeff Mundy. He is at Hicks,
Muse & Co., Inc. 200 Crescent Court Suite 1600 Dallas 75201. The property
continues to be managed by United Commercial Management, 7001 Preston Rd.,
Suite 222, Dallas 75205. Marc Wedding is head of their property management
operation. The head of UCM is David Dunning, the original developer who, I
understand, has a position in the Partnership.
