RE: Valley Ranch Centre-Building Final
Dear Mr. Jackson:
Upon completion of your walk-thru of the above referenced project I was given a list of items to be
completed to obtain final completion. Five items were Public Works issues and four were Building
Inspection including the need for Public Works release. Following are the resolutions or comments as
they relate to each item noted:
PUBLI(~ WORKS:
Sidewalk at MacArthur - In conversations with Shohre Daneshmand it was decided to let the
"As built" plans serve as approval for the sidewalk. The walk has been installed and was
inspected in the field by Larry Davis. Design had been verbally approved previously by Russell
Doyle.
Fence at Mac, Arthur - This fence has been permitted and approved by Building InsPection.
Foundation was inspected by Larry Davis at time of installation.
,3.
Barricades at Beltline approaches - These barricades will be provided by Dallas County
Department of Public Works (Bud Beene) at the time we secure final approval.
As-Built Plans - These plans are transmitted via this letter to Building Inspections. Included
are one set of sepia mylars and two blueline sets as discussed with Larry Davis.
e
Beltline Approaches - The completion of the approaches and sidewalk at Beltline will follow
concrete placement on Beltline Road. The Contractor will install the approaches and sidewalk
within 30 days of placement. The work will be done by Western Builders.
BUILDING INSPECTION:
1. Public Works release - those items listed above should satisfy all remaining issues with Public
Works.
2. Landscape and Irrigation - Financial arrangements have been worked out between the
developer and the City of Coppell to delay installation of work.

3. Fence at MacArthur - Permit has been obtained.
Address Numbers - The number "820" will be posted in 8" tall letters on the south end of the
MacArthur side of the building just above the brick signband. This work will be done by
Friday, April 27.
This should complete the requirements for final approval as noted on the "red tag' at the f'mal walk-
thru. Should you require further clarification or additional information please contact me at your
earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
Rick Walker
