We are giving written notice requesting a {inal inspection
on the above-re~erenced project, We have completed ali
work in our contract with the owner with the exception o~
the sidewaiKs and approaches along Beltline Rd, This
work can not be completed until the county completes their
portion o~ the worK,
The deficient items, ~or which we are responsible,
outlined in Russell Doyle's letter to Rick WalKer on
March 13, 1990, have been corrected,
A utility maintenance bond is being executed by the owner
and will be ~orwarded to your o~ice this weeK.
