Walker:
Mr. Brent Littlefield requested a project walk through on February
23, 1990. The following is a list of deficient items that must be
corrected prior to issuance of city acceptance letter. As the
deficient items are completed, please notify the appropriate
department for verification.
Engineering Department: Larry Davis ~ 462-8495
1. Four incomplete exits entering ,Belt Line
barricades for traffic safety.
Road require
Stress cracks in parking area paving needs to be routed and
sealed.
3. Remove excess concrete from all paving areas.

Complete backfill in medians and backfill of internal curb.
Approved plans and completion of sidewalk along MacArthur
Boulevard and Belt Line Road.

Approved plans for landscaping in right of way and easement
along MacArthur Boulevard and Belt Line Road.

identification.
