We have revised the attached sheet 6 of 16 to indicate a 5'-0" sidewalk located 1'-0" off the property line
at MacArthur Blvd. Also shown on the enlarged detail are the water meter and fire hydrant locations
which we routed the sidewalk to avoid.
The configuration shown was installed in the field and approved by Larry Davis.
Please approve the revision as we discussed at your office and return a copy to me for my records. We
will use this drawing to submit as an as-built.
