As you ~ow, we have revieweW your above referenced $lan
co~ents which need to be addressed.
- Per the Subdivision Ordnance, the width re~ired for sidewalks front~g
major thoroughfares is five feet (5' - App. A, Page 44-45). You have been
made aware of this by our staff the last week of January, 1990.
- As per Subdivision Ordnance, sidewalks are to be ~s=alled one foot off
the property l~e.
- Show exist~g u~ilities, such as fire hydrant ... e=c. in relation to the
proposed sidewalk.
- S~ce you are propos~g a four foot (4 ') sidewalk, you may seek the City
Council's approval by request~g a variance to the Subdivision Ordnance.
Attached please f~d a mar~p ~lan with staff's co~ents. Please revise your
plans accord~gly and re=urn the mar~p plan along with corrected plans.
