As we have discussed, Larry will compile copies of previously
approved drawings byboth Engineering and the Building Inspections
Department, as well as a copy of those plans submitted on Monday,
January 22, 1990. He will then prepare a memo to Dale Jackson for
my signature exhibiting the conflicts that are inherent with the
processing of separate permits, etc. Likewise, Larry will provide
%his perspective as to how separate permits induces confusion and
contribution to the deterioration of quality control on the
construction site.
se have the memo ready for my review, etc by Friday, January
