-Drive Approach and Sidewalk Construction
The contractor will follow the approved engineering plans of the
construction of the drive approaches on the above listed project. ~
After review of the approved engineering plans and approved ~
building inspection construction plans regarding the sidewalk ?~
construction and placement, a discrepancy for sidewalk location
see~to~xist.
I have requested Western Builders to submit a site plan showing the~/
proper location of sidewalk in accordance with the City of Coppell~.r
Standard Construction Detail and Subdivision Ordinances to the
Engineering Department for review and approval.
You will also find attached to this memo, a copy of the street cut
permit issued by the Street Department to Western Builders for the
construction of the drive approaches along MacArthur Blvd. and Belt
Line Rd. containing a cash receipt for all fees collected for the
project listed above.
