RE: Request to relocate inlets at Enterprise Drive/Wrangler Drive
Dear Mr. Littleton:
On June 19, 1998 I received a request to relocate two proposed curb inlets on Wrangler Drive
because they would be in conflict with proposed driveways for the Park West Commerce Center
Lot 3R, Block 8 located at the northwest comer of Enterprise and Wrangler Drive. The
proposed inlets on Wrangler Drive at Sta. 5+83.88 and Sta. 10+08 conflicted with the location
of proposed driveways for the improvements for this site. Your proposal was to relocate these
inlets further to the east to avoid the conflict. The relocation required an additional 176 linear
feet of 21" RCP leading to both of the inlets. The cost for the extension of the additional 176
linear feet equated to $6,776.00.
As stated in your request, you would notify the property owner of the additional cost for the 21"
RCP. To date our reco_r_ds show that no payment has been received for this cost. This letter will
serve as a request for payment of $6,776.00 to the City of Coppell for the cost to relocate the 2
curb inlets that were in conflict with your proposed driveway.
