1. Volume and page for the off site easement has been added to the final plat.
2. Cement stabilization note has been deleted.
3. "C" factor for the drainage areas has been corrected.
4. Proposed grades on landscape area have been added.
5. Side slope for the proposed inlet has been changed to a maximum of 4:l.
6. Construction entrance has been added.
7. The Fire Marshall has approved fire hydrant locations.
