Pay Estimate No. 12 From Tiseo Paving Company

We have reviewed Pay Estimate No. 12 from Tiseo Paving Company for their work on the
Wrangler Drive project through 04/30/99. It appears that the work completed during the
current period (04/25/99 to 04/30/99) includes the installation of pull boxes and conduit at
Freeport Parkway, continuing right-of-way preparation, concrete curb, pavement, sidewalk
and ddveway removal, street excavation, subgrade stabilization and water line/tire hydrant
adjustments. Based upon my understanding of the status of Tiseo's work on the project,
l would offerthe following comments for your consideration before recommending approval
of the subject pay estimate:
1; Pay Item No. I1-1 Preepare Right-of-Way
This item includes:
a. The work necessary to modify and/or adjust existing irrigation systems at several
locations, as indicated on the plans; and
-' b. The removal, temporary storage and reinstallation of all public roadside signage.
Tiseo has asked for 100% payment on this item, however some of the work,
~' particularly the work mentioned above, has not been completed, I would not
recommend paying more than 75% of this item.

I was not aware that Tiseo has done any of this work
