Ardinger property "' Dear Ms. Coialuca: This letter is written as a follow-up to our telephone conversation on May 17, 2001 in reference to the temporary construction easement obtained in 1998 across property owned by H.T. Ardinger, Jr. In conjunction with a permanent utility easement for the construction of a water "transmission line, the City also obtained a temporary consumction easement. Typically, temporary construction easements are not filed at the county, they are held in my office until such time as the project is complete. The temporary construction easement allows the contractor the opportunity to store materials and equipment during the actual construction of the utility. In this particular case, the temporary construction easement was filed with the county, and as such it more than likely would take some official action to release that temporar7 construction easement. However, the project is complete and re City of Coppell no longer has a need for that temporary construction easement. If the o~vner of the property wishes to have the temporary construction easement released, he can contact my office ~nd we can prepare an agenda item to go to City Council for their action. Once Council acts on this item, the release of the temporary construction easement could be filed with the county. In summary: The proiect of which the temr)orary construct:~on easement was acquired is Inplete. iThe Cit~, no longer has a nee~ for the temporary construction easement. _ easement. ~c,t:on If the owner ,o chooses, the City will *uplift the release of the tempor cons If you should have any additional questions or need any information please feel free to contact me at 972/304-3686. · Kenneth M.
