Dear Mr. Ratlt~4:
In a recent conversation with the Engineering Department, it
was brought to my attention that Connie Hodges is no longer
employed by the City o{ Coppell. I am writing this letter to
let you, along with others, Know that I appreciated the work
that Connie did 4or me as a general contractor.
I Know you are aware that during the beginning phase o~
construction many problems arise. When we had problems that
needed immediate attention ~rom the Engineering Department
and/or the Public WorKs Department, Connie was always able
to help me or put me in contact with the right people in a
short period o4 time. On several occasions Connie went out
o4 her way to expedite the solutions to our immediate
problems. I wanted to give Connie a deserved "pat on the
bacK", and also to let you Know that her e{{orts did not 9o
unappreciated or unnoticed.
The City o4 Coppell seems ~o be growing and expanding in all
directions. Western Builders o4 Amarillo, Inc. considers it a
priviledge to be a part o4 your city's growth.
