Valley Ranch Center Sanitary Sewer Proposal-Review
of Plans.
I have reviewed the sanitary sewer line proposal for the above
referrence project and wish to make the following comments.
1. It appears from all information provided by Dunning
that this is an acceptable solution to the problem.
2. The grade of the proposed line does not meet the minimum
standards (0.33%), however, under the circumstances I feel
that 0.31% is acceptable.
There is only one other option .that would work, that being to stop
the line just west of the box culvert and adjust the grade to meet
the existing manhole installed by Mobil. However, in doing this
we create .problems for future development east of this site (Valley
Ranch Center), in that any future development to the east would
have to install a new point of entry to the 33" Interceptor.
would like to discuss this matter with you if you could set up
date and time Within the next few days, if possible.
