Dear Mr. Lemke:
I have reviewed the above referenced construction dravin§s on behalf of
the Irving Flood Control District - Section III. My review is limited to
the potential impact of the proposed improvements on District facilities.
find no conflicts with existing or currently proposed District facilities.
My only comment is that the Owner of the property must return any areas
within the District's right-of-way, which are disturbed due to construction,
to an equal or better condition follovin§ construction.
l~fs review is performed as a service to the Irving Flood Control
District - Section III. There is no assurance to the Owner of the property
or the design Engineers that the plans will be approved by the City of
Coppell or that the design will provide the required utility capacities.
Albert H. Halff Associates, Inc. does not assume any liability for the
engineering design nor does acceptance by the Irving Flood Control District
- Section III or Albert H. Halff Associates, Inc. release the design
engineer from liability for correcting errors and omissions in his design
both during and after construction.
