Dear Sirs:
The purpose of this letter is for the granting a permit for Water
Utilities permit for construction of Valley Ranch. The Water Utilities
permit is issued to Western Builders.
By receipt of this letter, the Contractor is hereby notified that they
must comply with all City, County, State and Federal requirements
governing this project.
A letter of fee request will follow shortly.
