Dear Mr. Doyle:
This letter, as requested, intends to explain the fire lane and utility
easement dedication/vacation documents submitted to your office for review and
comment on 04-07-89.
A final plat was filed for subject property which dedicated fire lanes and
public utility easements relative to site improvements approved by City of
Coppell 12-22-89.
The City of Coppell is currently reviewing site plans which make minor
modifications to the previously approved plans. .Horizontal adjustments to
parking layout and building location are among these modifications.
The fire lane and utility easement to be dedicated is in proper relationship to
these proposed adjustments.
