Steve Morton with City of Coppell learned from Dallas County that Phase I of proposed
Belt Line Road improvements will include storm drain and paving improvements for the
south section (east bound lanes) of Belt Line Road adjacent to Valley Ranch Center.
Grading and storm drain construction is scheduled to begin in May, 1989, and paving is
scheduled to b~egi~.n~,~y January 1990.
