1. Show minimum finish floor elevation for all structures,
2. Need the floodplain permit paragraph and floodplain administrator signature block on face
of plat.
3. Label the FEMA floodplain limit simply as "100-year Floodplain Limit~ with the
community panel number and date.
4. The floodplain limit is not shown correctly according to the current FEMA map
