Please find attached, 7 sets of revised plans for the above referenced
project. We have addressed Hr. Cabs Favre's comments, a copy of which is
attached, as follows:
We have added the future 10-foot by 300-foot right=of=way
dedication at the southeast corner of NacArthur Boulevard and Belt
Line Road as requested by the City of Coppell,
We have revised the notes on the plan and profile of line 98 to
include steel encasement in accordance with City of Coppell
Standards, - .....
not currently in use from a point approximately 250 feet east o
MacArthur Boulevard and proceeding to the east. As per our
conversation with Mr. Gabe Favre of O£nn, Inc., ye will remove the
existing manhole located approximately §30 feet east of NacArthur
Boulevard and plug the sanitary sewer llne in both directions.

conversation on April 20, 1987 with Mr. Oabe Faure of Cinn, Inc.,
we agreed to install a 21 x 12 tee if the existing 21" Water Line
needs to be extended to meet the proposed 12" line beneath Belt
Line Rd. This determination should be made when the 24" Water
Line is uncovered in the field prior to construction.
